Self-decrypting technology. Your recipient will easily decrypt your encrypted message without having to download or install any software. They won’t even have to register for an encryption key. The encrypted part of the email arrives in an email attachment which when opened prompts them to enter your pre-agreed upon password. When they enter the password, the information is decrypted along with any text or files and folders you included.
Outlook Plug-in. If you use Microsoft Outlook™ then sending an encrypted message is even easier. It's all done by clicking one button in Outlook before you send the message and entering a password. All text and attachments will be encrypted. It's that easy. Even if you don't have Outlook, it is easy to use and works with your existing email program.
New in version 3.0 :
• Password Manager : The new password manager allows you to save passwords for various recipients. When using the Microsoft Outlook plug-in, it will pre-fill the default password for that recipient. Password hints can also be saved and automatically sent.
• Shredder : Securely delete files and folders either during the encryption process (deletes the non-encrypted originals) or separately.
• On the fly encryption : Automatically encrypt a local copy of the file or folder being sent.
• User defined Extension : Encrypted emails can now be sent using our new CEF file extension or any user defined extension.
