SINGAPORE, Aug 6 -- Wincor Nixdorf, a leading provider of hardware, software and services technology to banks and retailers, has acquired Siemens Inc.'s Information Technology Products & Services (ITPS) Division. The Manila-based company will now be named as Wincor Nixdorf Philippines Inc. and will operate as a full-fledged legal entity under the umbrella of the Wincor Nixdorf Group.
