Print the definitions of your Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Objects in Color and Export Output to RTF, PDF & HTML.

Each object can be configured to include some or all of its associated details. For example, a database Table object can be printed with Columns, Dependencies, Permissions, Triggers, Extended properties and Checks. You can print Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Assemblies, User-defined types, Rules, Defaults, users, Roles, Schemas and Logins. You can also print SQL Server and Database configuration parameters and options.

You can print, preview and export a single object or a selection of objects using easy to use SQL Server Management Studio like Object Explorer interface. The program's WYSIWYG preview facility lets you look at the formatted output with unlimited zooming, multi-page thumbnails, and side-by-side pages.

You can customize the font attributes and colors for comments, identifiers, keywords, line numbers, strings, table of contents, and page headers/footers. You can print a coversheet as well as a watermark to personalize your printouts.

You have total control over page layout, including paper source, orientation, borders, margins, headers, and footers. You can even print in multiple columns. Line spacing can be set to .5, single, 1.5, or double-spacing. With the proper printer drivers, the output can be scaled, and print quality can be adjusted from draft through high quality.

Database Administrators (DBA) can use the printouts to document the schemas of SQL Servers that they administer and support. The printouts can be invaluable when the SQL Server or the database is down or is not accessible. The information in the printouts can reduce client's down-time by being speedier when responding to service calls. The printouts provide all the necessary information in one place for the Database programmers to develop and support their applications.
