Start-up CDI Solution Provider Welcomes Mr. Kutnick as an Investor and Director

Chicago, IL and Denver, CO September 1, 2004 -- Customer Evolutions, Inc. announced today that Dale Kutnick has been elected to its board of directors. Mr. Kutnick has also made an investment in the closely held company. Mr. Kutnick is the first outside director of the company and is also the first to invest after the initial founders. He joins Mark Teflian, recently appointed as vice president of global solutions at Verio Inc., and three others on Customer Evolutions' board.

Mr. Kutnick is chairman and co-founder of META Group, Inc. He co-founded META in January 1989 and served as its president, CEO, and research director from 1989 to 2002. Prior to META, Mr. Kutnick was executive vice president of research at Gartner Group. Previously, he was executive director and a principal at Yankee Group, and a principal at Battery Ventures, a venture capital firm. Mr. Kutnick is a graduate of Yale University.
