Heaventools Software has released Resource Tuner 1.97, which can make changes to any Windows application interface to reflect your personal tastes.

Resource Tuner can change the look of the icons, cursors, dialogs, buttons, sounds, animations and other elements of the Windows user interface by editing and replacing resources in the executable files (EXE, DLL, ActiveX controls and more). Quick and easy access to all the resources which are normally inaccessible really allows you completely customize any program you own. Runs on All Windows (95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP SP2/2003).

Resource Tuner 1.97 supports viewing and replacing large (256x256) Vista icons stored as PNGs. It also includes the ability to to recover files after unpacking, even when a file header entry is no longer available.
