10 January 2006 - Spherical Technology, the developer of the Spherical Timesheet, has released an updated version of Spherical Timesheet.

Spherical Timesheet is a time-tracking system that automatically tracks PC-based work to make timesheet creation easy. Due to the patent-pending time tracking technology, users can create extremely accurate timesheets with much less effort than when using conventional electronic timesheet systems.

“Spherical Timesheet is particularly suited to small businesses”, explains Michael Potas, VP of sales at Spherical Technology. “Most of our customers work in the technology sector, meaning they spend a large portion of their day on their computers. Spherical Timesheet’s logger collects an accurate record of the files they worked on during the day, the email s they wrote and the internet sites they visited, so all they need to do is associate their work with projects to complete their timesheets”.

“We also comprehensively track work done off the computer, as best we can. As an example, Spherical Timesheet can automatically detect when you haven’t been using your computer for a while. When this occurs, a stopwatch opens and allows you to enter in what you were doing, this makes sure no time slips through the cracks. One of the new enhancements included with Version 3.5 is the ability to send and receive timesheets via email. Michael Potas explains “Based on our research, it is quite common four our customers to have staff that are geographically dispersed. Now we provide a very easy to use time tracking solution for these companies”
