COPC-2000® Standard certification requires adherence to comprehensive contact center operation performance guidelines that establish minimum operational requirements in critical function areas of the industry. Trend Micro achieved certification after an extensive audit determined their TrendLabs Philippines Support Center was in compliance with the COPC-2000® Standard.
