Amherst, NY December 5, 2003 -– Customer Operations Performance Center Inc. (COPC) announces the certification of Inwoo Tech Inc., the first professional call center outsourcing company in Korea to be certified to the COPC-2000® Standard. This certification is for the Inwoo Tech CRM Service Center, providing call center services for the Microsoft Technical Support Center.
