Emurasoft releases EmFTP v1.00 as freeware.

Redmond, WA, September 16, 2004 - Emurasoft, Inc. announced that it
released EmFTP v1.00, the first release of the company's FTP client
software. EmFTP is an easy-to-use, high quality FTP client software.
Since EmFTP is freeware, no purchase is necessary to download and use
this software.

Features of EmFTP include:

- EmFTP can work well with EmEditor, the text editor for Windows. If
EmEditor is installed, you can edit a server-side file as if it
were a local file. EmEditor is available from

- You can easily import settings from other FTP client software
including FFFTP, Internet Explorer and WS_FTP.

- The Synchronize Upload feature can copy exactly the same structure
of the local folders to the server (also called "mirroring").

- You can define external tools and open selected local or server
files with a defined external tool.
