When challenges were uncovered in areas of its hospital management system, Orthopedic Hospital of Oklahoma called on the I.T. professionals at DATA3 to help maximize the system's operation.

TULSA, OK – Orthopedic Hospital of Oklahoma, (OHO), which focuses solely on the surgery and treatment of orthopedic disorders, places a very high priority on exceeding their guests’ expectations -- not just meeting their needs. When challenges were recently uncovered in specific areas of its hospital management system, Orthopedic Hospital of Oklahoma searched for a very professional and results-oriented partner to help them overcome these obstacles and meet their goal of exceeding guests’ expectations. They have retained a company that, since 1993, uses a combination of IT and operations professionals with extensive background in utilizing Oracle / Oracle WEB application server software and specialized tools to meet its customers’ needs intuitively. That company is DATA3 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In this short-term project, DATA3 will perform a complete database analysis on the hospital’s comprehensive management system. DATA3 will then make recommendations to hospital administration for optimization and tuning of OHO’s database, and will offer suggestions on improving the replication, efficiency and security of the hospital’s management system. Once presented and approved, DATA3 will implement the recommendations to the database so that Orthopedic Hospital of Oklahoma can continue to meet their goal of exceeding their guests’ expectations for years to come.
