Helping You File Your MS Outlook Email Messages. Email Filing Wizard will assist you in routinely moving messages from your Inbox folder to other selected email folders within your MS Outlook environment. By defining various "Filing Rules", you can teach Email Filing Wizard about where and under what conditions you wish to have your message filed. You can have Email Filing Wizard process your messages on command or at a specified timing interval. Your "Filing Rules" can be based on information found within a message's From field, CC or BCC field, Subject field or the actual Body of the message. The date on which a message was Received, as well as Flag settings, Importance and presence of Attachments can also play a role in building your "Filing Rules".
