EyeBreaks displays an "eye" on the screen at intervals. This reminds the user to look away and from the screen and rest their eyes.
The length of each eye breaks and the time between breaks can be set to the users desired values.
The actual EyeBreaks program, which is ideally set to run permanently, is a very small program that uses minimal resources.
An icon in the system tray enables EyeBreaks to be quickly disabled or settings changed.
