AD MailBox Manager allows you to browse your mailbox and view subject, sender,
receiver, size, and date of incoming messages prior to downloading them from
the server. Also, you can delete unwanted messages direct on server. AD MailBox
Manager can be started with Windows automatically and places an icon in your
Taskbar's tray to allow you to edit its properties and perform check command.
Program support a multiple accounts. Other feature is a notification about new
incoming messages.

Downloading only info

AD MailBox Manager downloads full information about messages in your mailbox but doesn't download the body of the messages or attachments to them. You can look at a list of messages in your mailbox to decide what to do with them.

Automatic recheck

AD MailBox Manager periodically rechecks your mailboxes for displaying only an actual list of messages. You can set recheck interval from 1 second.

Delete messages

You can delete large messages from your mailbox without downloading them by one button click. Select a list of messages to delete (supports standard windows multi-selection) and click a Delete tool button.

View mesages

If you want to read any messages immediately - select them and click a View tool button. Selected messages will be downloaded and opened with your default mail client.
