Right-click a single file to encrypt, decrypt or shred it; change its extension, date or attributes; copy its path to the clipboard; or select all files with matching extensions. Image files display their dimensions and a scaled preview on the menu - click to see the full-size image. Zip, cab and rar archives display their contents on a submenu for easy extraction of one or more files.

Right-click a folder to view and access its contents on a submenu; print details of its contents or copy them to the clipboard; open a command prompt; copy its path to the clipboard; change its attributes; check its total size; or browse the images it contains.

Right-click multiple files to rename them or change their extensions; copy/move them to a different folder; encrypt or shred them; copy their paths to the clipboard; change their creation/modification dates; or select all matching files in the folder.

Right-click a shortcut (or Internet Shortcut) file to find out what file or URL it points to, run it, copy its path, or open the target's folder.

Other features include Go To Folder (instantly jump to a favorite folder in the current window or file dialog); Find and replace text in multiple files; Save and restore desktop icon positions; Batch-convert images between formats; Batch-convert audio files or rip CD tracks to WMA/MP3/WAV formats; Create a new folder by pressing a hotkey; and many more.

ShellToys XP lets you hide any items you don't use: you can re-enable them by simply checking boxes, with no restarts needed.
