Comm Operator is a powerful tool for serial port, TCP/IP and UDP port communication. It is professional software for debugging, testing and troubleshooting RS232 related devices. Data can be sent and received in Text/String, Hex and Decimal format. Auto send mechanics makes it a full functional device simulator. Send data list can be created from text file directly. All existed COM Ports can be detected automatically. All settings can be saved to a file for later use. Unified operating GUI makes it easy to use.
