StarStrider is a software planetarium that utilizes the latest in 3D-technology in order to show you not only the planets and satellites of our solar system, but also the more than 100 000 stars from the Hipparcos catalogue, all in real-time 3D. You'll also find galaxies, nebulae, supernova remnants, and the band of the Milky Way.
