Performance Organiser Budget Management add on module. The second in a series of add ons designed to fit seamlessly into a Performance Organiser management planning environment so that planners can see their financial structure in context.

With its support for "top down, "Bottom up" and lateral financial planning approaches the Budget Management module can be activated from the organisation modelling pad. Financial Planners can allocate budgets by organisation element or internal budget codes. Data collected as a result of using the module can be exported into Excel spreadsheets and ASCII text files.
