WinPersonalizer is an integrated tool to customize your Windows look,The all-in-one customizing application for Windows XP/98/ME/2000.
This program allows you to change desktop wallpapers,icons,cursors,logon screens,IE skins,folders,visual styles, the transparency of your taskbar and put your name in system tray.
